Achieving your objectives does not have to be difficult.
It will, of course, require effort and discipline, knowledge and dedication, but above all a bird's eye view.
This is why I love my advisory activities 

so much, because I can help people discover their “better selves”.
Two of the elements that play a key role have both been developed by myself, based on my own experiences and the feedback I got from my coachees.

The first is the PE²© method (Personal Efficiency and Effectiveness), which helps you (re)find your own, personal organization, and feel less like it's slipping between your fingers.
