As (co-)founder, it is not always clear what path to follow. Not just for your company but also, and maybe more importantly, how you, personally, can and should grow.
All too often, personal growth towards leadership is not taken into account sufficiently.
Because there's no time.
Or it was not in your curriculum during your formation.
But, mind you, the minute you manage one single other person, you should stop managing and start leading.
It can be lonely at the top, but it shouldn't be.
