Personal Efficiency & Effectiveness

We have completely gone overboard in our efficiency. Without asking ourselves if that is really what will help us move forward.

Urgentis increasingly taking overimportant, which means that by the end of the week you have a list of checked tasks, but without the feeling that you have actually accomplished anything.

The solution isnot that straitjacketof some time-management methodology that is presented as the only solution.

The solution lies within yourself.

You just need to bring them to the surface.

Individual Coaching

As a (co-)founder, it is not always clear which path to take. Not only for your business but also – and perhaps more importantly – how you can and should grow personally.

But all too often, personal growth on the way to leadership is not sufficiently taken into account. This means: stop managing and start leading.

It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn't have to be.

7C's for authentic connections

A client of mine hates LinkedIn. “It's just look how successful I am, but I never get a positive feeling from it.”

I understand that as well. While LinkedIn may be the most powerful platform for business connections, it often remains just bragging. Or a profile is just a dusty business card in some drawer.

That prompted me to create a support line for professionals.

And it has become two.

On the one hand, the e-book (which you can order here); on the other hand, the in-depth analysis of your profile (which you can order here).

Business Model Optimization

Startups do not fail due to a lack of product, they fail due to a lack of customers and a working – and of course realistic – business model. Moreover, it must also be flexible enough to easily adapt to changing circumstances.

“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent; it is the one most adaptable to change.” (quote by Leon C. Megginson, incorrectly attributed to Charles Darwin)

A business model should be structured in such a way that it brings together the good ideas from Lean Startups and the Start with Why's of this world without getting bogged down in numbers that will never be achieved. It should be a handy and manageable working tool that can be regularly adjusted.

On one A4 page.
